How to to unblock restricted Apps on a Samsung LED TV?

I have a Samsung LED TV 55" series 7, since I live out of the US there are apps that are not available to me (VUDU, Blockboster, etc) becasuse they are restricted to US only. My TV is connected through a D-Link router. How can I change either my TV or router settings to mask my location an be able to unblock those restricted apps......Thanks!!
