How to tell which ECM ECU computer I have for a 95 Wrangler?

I have 2 different 95 Jeep wranglers. One 4 cyl & a 6 cyl., the 6 is not running and I've concluded I need to repair the ECU but I mixed up the 3 unites I have. 2 are for the 6 & one for the 4 cyl. How can I tell which unit is which?
