How to stream music from my bluetooth enabled laptop to phon

Hi,
I have a bluetooth enabled HP tx2500Z tablet and also a Sony Ericsson W580i phone that also has a bluetooth connection. I can connect the two together but I dont know how to stream music from my laptop to my phone and vice versa.
any help will be greatly appreciated
