We have prior answers to that question on the web. The simplest thing you can do is to remove images. Or pare them down to simple, small 256 or less color GIFs.

Implement the site with Responsive design, i think google automatically does it nowadays, but why to depend up Google, they may change tg\heir policy after few years, who knows?
