How to solve the blue screen only by hardware?

Hi,i tried to solve the blue death screen (driver_irql_not_less_or_equal)by software but didnt worked out,so i want to know if there"s any way to solve the blue death screen by only touching,moving or changing the hardware? (by the way i have a laptop Dell Inspiron 3521 and i dont mind format my laptop)

That's not much to work with.

By format your laptop I have to guess you meant "return to factory condition." Formatting a disc does not install the OS, drivers and required hardware apps.

So the problem is hardware if the factory reset fails. Determining the hardware can be hard as few companies install good diagnostics.

Be sure you unplugged all USB devices before you do much else.

BSOD is probably a BUG CHECK not HW

If you can get the complete error message that includes the parameter string after the verbage you can put it in a browser and get a more complete analysis of the error. It is probably caused by some corrupted software, most likely a bad device driver.
Which OS is it? Do you have any OS install media. Do you have a backup?
If you can do it a quick way to test HW is to download UBUNTU to boot off a DVD or flash drive and run it LIVE with no install. This also includes a very good RAM test that has helped me in the past.
