How to skip the Windows Millenium Statup Menu on boot

When I boot my PC I get a Startup Menu screen. How do I configure my PC to skip this and go straight to Windows?

Start > Run > type MSCONFIG and press enter.

Under the General tab, click the "Advanced" button.

Uncheck "Enable Start Menu", click OK, Apply and OK.

Restart.

go to control panel, go to networking, make it WINDOWS LOGON, okay
