Windows doesn't threaten like that. Tell us more.

Could it be the trial version of Windows 7?

That had an autoshutdown after the trial ended. So the solution for that is to buy the real version. Or go back to the previous OS that was on this machine.

I was so busy, I didnt first ck the windows Help.
I got everything I needed by entering search:
windows automatic update
