We have Exchange Server 2003 and the workstations use Outlook 2003 to access email from the exchange server.
We sometimes get Internet emails where the From field says something like "Joe Smith on Behalf of Jill Jones". We have tried to duplicate this on our outgoing emails but can't.
If say Sally Smith in our office sends out an email and in the From field says James Brown (for whom he has given delegate access to her), instead of the email saying "From: Sally Smith on Behalf of James Brown", it just says it's from James Brown even though it came from Sally Smith.
Any thoughts on what we're doing wrong here?
