Since there is no Internet, how do you propose the video is delivered to those tablets?

I've heard such ramblings before, the request is usually from folk that don't know how things work or just wishful.

This is not a stock Android feature.

Now that you changed your story that the tablets will be on the internet during the push you need to find or create apps to push and receive these files.

My first hit was PUSHBULLET (you can google for more) but it's not as easy as I suspect you want it to be. That is, I bet you want to create a list of machines and a list of files and press one button.

For that you'll have to get some programmer to make that for you. My estimate is that said programmer of average caliber in Android work would get it to you in under a year. They may have a beta in a month but sorting out all the edge cases would push it to a year.

I never ever hear this before that you can share videos far from a distance without the internet, but with internet you can easily transfer. If there is any type of application who can transfer video far from distance without the internet then I just want to know that amazing technological achievement.
