how to set up a dsl wireless at home?

ya. my roommate has dsl, and she agrees to share.

so it seems that i need to buy a router, i have no clue what kind i should buy. from what i saw in the stores, it seems that the cheapest one costs about $20. so should i just get the cheapest one?

wireless-g broadband router

Get a WIRELESS-G BROADBAND ROUTER from one of the major manufacturers (Linksys, D-Link, Netgear). You need a wireless-g network adapter in each computer to connect wirelessly to the router.

Interent ---- DSL modem ---- router ~-~-~ computers

Key:
---- wired
~-~-~ wired and/or wireless

Some DSL modems have a built-in wireless router. If yours does, you don't need to purchase a separate wireless router.

You can find wireless-g routers for as little as $30. Some with rebates.
