I see offers for Server there. No need to share?

I would like to set up a Windows Virtual Server for shared development purposes (between myself and 1-2 developers) with access via RDP. It doesn't matter if access is restricted to one of us at a time.
I will need SQL Server (2008 R2 or above), Visual Studio (2010+) and I will transfer my Iron Speed licence. Minimum RAM is 8GB.
Can anyone suggest a solution that won't require me to sell my house? ![]()

Microsoft is striving to be a service company. http://www.windowsazure.com has what you need.

The problem with Windows Azure is they are way too expensive for what I need. I could justify it if it was going to be used every day but it will be for projects from time to time.
