How to set the shutter speed in Sony HDR CX260 ???

Hi I have a sony HDR CX 260 VE camcorder and i need to shoot a RC car chase sequence. As the car moves fast need to set my shutter speed manually, but not able to find how. Can you guys help me ?? and kindly please suggest which frame rate is better 50p or 50i for car chase ???

It has some basic controls in Menu/Camera+Mic/ "Manual Settings"

Actually i looked for it in manually settings but no help. And i was not able to confirm that the option is not available also , as in specs its written 1/8 to 1/10.000. (http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/content/cnt-specs/HDR-CX260VE/list). So wanted to check is there is anyone who owns it and sets it somehow. Or any ways to find it.

Are you saying that the maker and sellers are not replying? That's no way to sell a product.
