Does any one know how I can backup or copy my Speech Profile that contains my personal vocabulary to avoid having to re-train and wasting hours if I ever have to reinstall Office XP or if I want to use them on a different machine.
This is a common feature in other apps like Dragon Naturally Speaking but I am unable to find any thing on it for Office XP.
Office XP will allow you to create a new profile but does not tell you where or what files it consists of.

Found solution:
Download a free tool for MS called Speech Profile manager ( SpProfileMgr.exe )
