How to save email messages/photos to cd/dvd

I need some help on how to save email messages or photos to a cd or dvd.Thanks.

Since you didn't tell us what email client you use, no help yet. Do you have a burner program or just XP. Since you didn't tell us that either . . .

Holler back when you can tell us all about your system, and answer the statements.

Yes I have a burner and am using outlook express for my email service.

Saving to burn

Save to Doc file(s) (right click) send to, drive designation. You can also drag to drive, depending on OS.
