Maybe a phone shop that has a Cellebrite box. Google Cellebrite to find out what these are. They cost more than 150 so you won't buy that. Backups are not optional for phones, PCs, tablets and more. I set my phone to use the Google Photos so even if my phone vanished, no photos would be lost or maybe one or two.

I have an old Samsung Galaxy A3 (2015 I believe) that has a broken screen, I want retrieve files from it, but I am unable to because it requires me to change from charging mode to file transfer mode. Is there any way I can do it without using the phones screen? Like external software or something.
I really cant afford to replace the screen as I was given a quote of £150 which is more than the phone itself.
