If u have image that captured before. you can restore that image.. Otherwise no option other than re-install apps.Only recover files even in re-store point
My sons computer got infected so here I am trying to mend it.
I did download and run CCleaner which allowed me to get rid of some junk which allowed me to download and scan SAS and MBAM which I save the log findings.
I downloaded Kodak Easy Care and got all their photos to come back to life.
When I go to Start..all programs or My Computer/"C" drive it shows only the programs I just loaded. Yet when I go to properties it shows half the drive being used and left to use. When I go to Control Panel/Add & Remove or Revo Uninstaller it shows all the programs he had before the infection.
