Question

How to report a bad hosting?

Apr 15, 2012 5:40PM PDT

Hi,

i recently signed up for VPS hosting with a company called 365zone.com and i have to tell you, its BAD, really really bad. I hired a windows 2008 server with 2GB memory but the interface speed is atrociously slow and it freezes all the time.

But the worst part is that i started to have many server downs frequently that went on for HOURS and it was useless to create a ticket and report them because the guys answered them like one day later saying: we just checked your server and its fine. Oh yeah sure its fine now! after 1 day i think its more likely to be finally back!

However, 3 days ago the server went down and NEVER came back. I opened a ticket to report and no answer. I opened another ticket and still no answer yet as of now, 3 days later! what can i do?? of course i want out and my money back but rather than that i need access to back up my data so i can move to another server. Is there any place i can report these fraudulent companies and make them take responsibility?

Thank you.

Thank you. They already responded after i threatened them to sue them but its good to know there is a place where i can report scams in the future. However, that page looks kinda suspicios too me. Fiefox marks it as not supplying any identity information. Are you sure its trustable?

Thank you.
