Goto http://www.bootdisk.com and review the tools or pgms. they have to help. While Novell is an OS itself, I suspect more than likely you need to reformat rather than fiddling around just to keep things simple. I hadn't worked on Novell in quite awhile and forgot too much, after v3.5 or was it 4.0.
I have a hobby of redoing older computers for other elderly folks to get them interested in computers. I have one now that was given me by one of our local banks, it is a pretty good computerbut but did not have a CD, sound card, or modem in it. I have installed a CDR and sound card & modem, then when I tried to set it up for the internet I found that it had Novell installed and was set up for network. Every time I try to connect to the internet the password that was in it pops up and it goes to the bank web site. Can somebody tell me how to remove the Novell network set up and get rid of that password? I have tried everything I can think of short of formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows.
