Question

How to remove bad reviews from search engine?

Mar 16, 2016 4:43AM PDT

Some unknown people have written bad reviews for our company "Josoft Technologies" on our business page and on other "complaint sites". Currently they are showing on top in google search. We have replied for all of them but still we did not receive any response from their end.

How can we remove these complaints and reviews? Please suggest with some activities.

That's yours to edit. Remember you did claim it's yours so have your web master edit it.

As to the world wide web, it's not yours to edit or control. If you know why they wrote that, change your staff or policies to avoid this again.

If you are more concentrated on doing this you may waste your time, you mat not remove if they are from other webpages, so you too can comment below and tell they are faking the things. allow people to rate you that you are good at so and so. If it is the third party then you can quote them that they are false and show your real site feedback. Quote an article and post in social media that some people are throwing stones, so then you can get some popularity also.

You can contact the site admins via email or other service available on their site.

Write a good email to them why those reviews should be removed.

But If the reviews are genuine then they may not delete those reviews.

Did you spam their site? If it gets too bad, do like so many others; change your company name.
