Ensure that Registry Mechanic has been closed.
Uninstall Registry Mechanic by clicking on Start -> All Programs / Programs -> Registry Mechanic (folder) -> Uninstall Registry Mechanic and follow the prompts to remove the application from your computer.
If necessary, navigate to the "Registry Mechanic" folder on your hard drive and delete the folder and its entire contents. This folder is usually found within the "Program Files" folder.
