How Do You Know It's Still There?
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / January 24, 2009 11:19 AM PST

AFter an uninstall, it's possible there is still a folder in the C:\Program Files directory.. After a restart of the computer, you should be able to delete the folder.

If you can't, then try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility from the link below to ferret out any remaining registry entries and files from the program.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
