hi there,i have problems with my pc,how can i make it like new?

I would start with a Google search, How to reinstall XP.

You might have a PC that came with something like a "System Recovery CD" or a "System Recovery Partition". If you have such and don't have a Windows XP CD, the manual should tell you how to use them to return the machine to the original state (like it left the factory). That's really 'like new', isn't it?

thanks.the problem is that the originale CD has older version of XP and when i run the CD,a mesage on the screen says that it's imposible.On the other hand,Internet Explorer won't open,so I can't even download or run any software or program from internet which can help me.?I don't know what to do

It sounds as if you are trying to run the cd from within windows. You must boot from the cd and do a clean install.
