You didn't tell what you bought (some gold package) not where you bought it (at some site). So we can't help with that.
Nor do you tell what springboard is and why you can't open what you saved. So we can't help with that either. One lesson learned anyway: be sure that you can read what you save before you delete the original (by going to the next screen or such).
If you paid for the license code, and you didn't get it, you can dispute the payment with your credit card company. But if that license code was in the purchase confirmation you so sadly lost, it's your own fault and it wouldn't be fair to expect them to pay for it.
And, of course, you can sent them a copy from creditcard account showing when you paid and what you paid. It might mention their internal order number or so.
For uninstalling babylon, see if http://www.google.com/search?q=uninstall+babylon helps. If not, ask that specific question in our Computer Help forum: http://forums.cnet.com/computer-help-forum/
If you can't get into your "g-mail" try "gmail" without dash. The most common reason why it doesn't work is you forgot you password. Does it work on another computer? What exactly happens when you try? Here also: please make a new separate post on that Computer help forum. It's not related to you Babylon question, I think.
