How to recover iPhone messages without iTunes?

I lost all of my iPhone messages accidentally, and I don't have a iTunes backup file. Is it possible to recover iPhone messages? How can i restore iPhone messages? help! thanks.

The only people who have a copy of your Messages,

is your Service Provider and the NSA.

Your Service Provider may be prepared to give them up, usually with a subpoena, but the NSA will never part with them.
