The simple solution is to delete the account from WLM and then re-add it, which will force WLM to redownload all emails from the server. Deleting stored files is another method, but it will trigger WLM to perform the same action.

I run WLM on W7.
I have a POP3 mail account that keeps messages on the server. I now need to force Windows Live Mail to download those saved messages again, because I accidentally deleted some. How do I force it? In Outlook Express, there was a special file to delete. But I need to do the same in WLM. Any ideas? Thanks!
