I'm not kidding, Google and Microsoft accept payment to push sponsored targeted results to the front page.

Anyone that tells you SEO or such is well, out of date today. Everyone is doing that so of the millions doing that, you will rank same as them. To break out, you pay for it.

Use off page optimization techniques for getting the backlinks.

Choose the user query to rank website fast in Search engine

Here is some experimental tips that i faced and i just wana suggest you to try them because it will really work.
1- Collect your niche two words keywords.
2- Go to the google and find out your top user query from google instant search result.
3- Add top volume of your target kw query on top of pages.
4- Apply all of those long tail query as per user journey.

the above mentioned tips is very much valuable for your ranking factor.

You can not rank site "fast". If someone tell you that he is completely fools to you. This is know how and it costs money and time.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
