I should order one just to find out. But wondering if anyone has tried it.

I searched every where for someone who has done this before me and foumd no one. I know there are others out there who would like to know how to do this so here it is:
1)Buy ATI TV Wonder 200 PCI
2)Use Composite Input Block
3)Turn off Visual Effects in the Settings/Display Menu (for best peformance)
4)HAVE FUN!
I have tried 3 different cards that allow you to input video. The TV Wonder 650 PCI,200 PCI, and the ATI All In Wonder 2006 Edition. Out of these three the 200 PCI has virtually ZERO LAG. The picture quality isn't great but decent. And you must have an available audio input to use the audio through the card ( i hooked it up directly to my speakers using an RCA to 1/8 inch Y-coupler and a 1/8 inch coupler both available at Radioshack. All in all this costs about 60$-70$ depending on where you buy the TV Wonder 200 for.
The TV Wonder 650 and the All In Wonder both had 1-2 second lags which made game play nearly impossible.
Hope this helps anyone else out there!
