Before you can delete it, the DLL file must be deregistered.

Open a DOS command prompt window (from Start->Programs->Accessories). Enter the following commands in the DOS window: cd "%WinDir%\System" regsvr32 /u iasrejcst.dll.

Open the registry (Start->Run->regedit) and delete the following keys and values: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\internetexplorer\extensions\cmdmapping\{7f241c00-dab6-11d5-aaa8-0001028df1bc}

Now, remove the directories with Windows Explorer: c:\program\ebatesmoemoneymaker, programfilesdir+\ebatesmoemoneymaker, programfilesdir+\ebatesmoemoneymaker\system\temp, programfilesdir+\webrebates, programfilesdir+\webrebates\system\code, programfilesdir+\webrebates\system\html, programfilesdir+\webrebates\system\images, programfilesdir+\webrebates\system\system, programfilesdir+\websearch, programfilesdir+\websearch\system\code, programfilesdir+\websearch\system\html and programfilesdir+\websearch\system\system

Users of non-English versions of Windows may also need to replace the name 'Program Files' with the name of the Program Files folder on their operating system.

After the deregistration, end the 'webrebates0.exe', 'webrebates1.exe' and 'ebatesmoemoneymaker0.exe' process from the Task Manager (ctrl-alt-delete). Having successfully done this you should be able to delete the entire 'EbatesMoeMoneyMaker' folder in Program Files.
