how to password protect my folders in document & my outlook express e mails

Dear Sir,
I am using windows millenium & a pentium 3 processor.I dont want my e mails of outlook express (version 6 )& the files & folders of 'documents' & for that matter in others like 'brief case' to be accessible to others who use my computer . How can I do it ? please help .

Suffice it to say that Windows ME is NOT a secure operating system, and password protecting your "My Documents" folder can't be done easily without 3rd party software. But there are ways to store your files in "compressed folders" or use the third party programs. Here are some links that should help:
