Jan 27, 2012 3:01PM PST

I have a ton of music files that I need to move from a pc to a mac (book) via WD passport. Is there a specific setting for the passport that will allow me to go between the two ?

1. Move your iTunes library from your PC to your Macbook (no parenthesis)
or
2. Move your music files only from the PC to your Macbook.

There are many ways to fix that. You could play them with VLC PLAYER (for Apple) or import them.

Read http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1473 if you want to import them to iTunes.
