Most newer scanners have software that has OCR capabilities. (Optical Character Recognition). Scanning the letter again using the OCR program will allow you to save the program as a Word document file, or some similar word processing file. The file can then be edited in the word processing program and printed out as you choose.

In addition, if you're really good with MSPaint, you can open the Paint program (on most computers at Start-Programs-Accessories) and make the changes. Unfortunately, this program isn't the easiest to work with for the purpose you've got in mind.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
