Can we do this at all? and how can we do this with HD? i am aware of air play / apple TV which does specific apps / media only.

At what price?

We do have Wireless HDMI today and a few other solutions but all tend to have LAG which kills it for gamers and others.

Be specific and no, there is no 99 buck solution if your laptop didn't come with WIDI.

@Proffitt - thanks. Expected pretty much the same response. If we were to do the expensive ones, what are the options? have you used any of those? just for say streaming contents off the browser.

I've yet to find this cheap.

For streaming content I still like the Apple TV and ROKU but those may not do exactly what you want.
