This is not unlike VCR tape to DVD. The MacroVision didn't interfere for me. Best of luck,
Bob
I have an aging )dying) Sony Laserdisc player that is supposed to auto "Flip" to side "B" and continue the movie. Now. 1 in ten times that happens. Otherwise it skips all over the place like there are scratches! I can't get the only Sony repair shop in 200 miles to fix it. I want to copy my media before it's too late and it stops altogether. I don't feel like buying my movies twice. As cheap as new discs are, I would buy them, but I paid about $30. per movie and another $10. to $18. isn't going to happen. I have no intention of duping discs for others as I love movies and the studios have to make a profit for there to be new movies. That being said, I have encountered some sort of block (macro?)that prevents this. Is there software out there that I can use to accomplish this? I have heard video game copy software may be the answer. I have a Toshiba dual-layer burner and 100 gig HD and have been using Nero six.
