how to make audio downloads for sale

Thank goodness I found this site!! I hope someone can help me. I am a hypnotist and have a website already.

I want to be able to sell downloadable audio sessions on the site (not haveto ship out CDs).

Can anyone point me in the right direction for easy software. Right now i used audcity to record live sessions and burn them to cd for clients in my office. BUT I want to be able to wholesale generic sessions online.

Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated as I am quite lost and have been aimlessly searhcing online but not ready knowing or understanding what I am looking for.
