Question

How to make a usb installer before running the El Capitan

Aug 30, 2016 8:17PM PDT

I have Imac 2009 running Snow Leopard 10.6.8. With no choice, i have decided to upgrade to El Capitan . I have backup my drive and updated. My understanding is, once you download el capitan, the installer will be automaticaly deleted after installation process. Please guide me on how to make usb bootable intaller before proceeding with the installation. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you
