How to make a temple the same

Hi, I using open office free software. Can somebody tell me how do I make a templet keep the same size in each box.
I have made a templet, however when I type in one of the five squares/boxes, it expands. I would like to keep all squares/boxes the same. It's like a five day planner. Help Please

the word processor (Writer) or the spreadsheet (Calc). I think you surely can fix the size of cells in a spreasheet. Don't know about Writer. Sorry for that.
