I have a dell dimension 4700 and the motherboard just died, I replaced the motherboard, but I want to know how to keep my computer running at its best, a not have problems like a motherboard breakdown. Should i clean inside of the computer. Please help and with a 8x DVD+/-RW Drive can u burn dvds.

But the cleaning is yearly for most. Sadly given the wide variety of environments this is only a guideline which you can change to 6 months if the area has animals and less often if you live with Monk.

Take adequate prevention to prtect your PC from heat and dust. These cause premature death of PC components. Clean your PC regularly and monitor the health of your PC by software which can alert you in time to take preventive measures.Check the formats supported by your DVD drive or mention the make and model.
