I don't see a link to this model but the usual is in the BIOS to restart after power loss. An overheat is iffy territory since the PC can just hang.
You may have to shutdown before the overheat. HOW?

My PC sometimes overheats, i am working on fixing it, but when it shutdown is boot up immediately. How can i make it stay shut down until i want to start it?
