That's typically a question for their IT staff that supports their network. I'd call the helpdesk.

Hi, every body i just started working at this company and their main factory has a local domain and all the computers in there are joined, we also have a head office somewhere else and the two are connected to with a site to site vpn, but i can't seem to be able to join computers from the head office.
but when anyone can sign in to the already joined computer through their own AD user account.
so far I've tried to manually inputting the dns address of the local server and also the domain server and it's not working, but i seem to be able to rejoin the computer that were already joined and i can access the Domain server through the vpn.
