- There are no original CD's for Windows 10. It's too big to fit on a CD. There's at most a DVD.
- It's not clear at all why you need your PC/laptop to open a website.
- Are you sure it's a Windows issue that makes that your computer doesn't work?
- Assuming that your computer already has Windows 10 installed, why didn't you make a recovery drive?
- I see your website already works. Why do you need to open it?

Anyway, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 will let you download Windows 10 and has installation instructions.

But let me tell you that installing Windows 10 is just as easy as installing Linux, as long as you don't mind to logon with a Microsoft account.
