Pop in your Tiger DVD numbered DVD 1 into your optical drive and follow on-screen instructions. If you would like to make a fresh copy, backup important data from your HDD.

If the language that OS X is displaying is not the right one for you, you can change it.
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences and click International.
Click Language.
Drag the language you most want to see in menus and dialogs to the top of the list, and choose options for sorted lists and word breaks.

As already noted, installation is easy. Just insert the first disk and follow the instructions. Choose the language of your choice from the menu once the installer starts.
If OS X is already on the computer, choose "Archive and Install" when asked what type of install you wish to do. If OS X is already on the machine, this should be the default installation type.

Hope this helps
