Question

? How to Install Apps on Samsung Galaxy S 2 ?

Jun 28, 2012 3:24PM PDT

Hi Again!
It's the Newbie Grandma, with another Question.
How do I install Android Apps on my New Phone?

I do not have internet on my phone.

I use a HP G7 1270, with Windows 7.
Is there a way of talking for free, without internet on my phone?

Also, if my music is in itunes, and my Photos are in Windows Picture Gallery, can I still download them?

Thanks everyone!

To download new apps and other content you need to access the Android Market. Follow these steps:

1. If you have a Market shortcut on your homescreen tap on it to enter the Android Market. Alternatively, from the homescreen tap the 'App drawer' icon and tap the 'Market' icon from the app list.
2. If this is your first time in the Market you'll have to accept the terms and conditions to continue.
3. You can either browse for apps, games, films and music in the specified sections or you can conduct a search using the magnifying glass icon in the top right of the screen.
4. When you find the app you want you'll have one of two options. If the app is free you'll be able to click 'Install' and download the app straight away. If it is a paid app the price will be shown and you can click 'Buy' to initiate a transaction. After purchasing the app it will download to the phone.
