How to increase windows operating system speed ?

I have HP pavilion laptop recently i format my laptop but still have slow speed. What to do anyone help me ?

I see someone mentioned RAM, so I'll mention changing the HDD to the newer SSD.

That won't increase the speed but reduce the time it takes to boot and more.

Well If you think you Update your PC Window and Speed Up The Operating System Then Its Wrong. Because After Updating Operating System The Memory And RAM are Used As Compare to Older operating System
