I kinda think you have your origin and destination switched around.
Do you really mean that you want to transfer Contacts (An Apple App) to Address Book (Outlook maybe) or did you mean the other way around?
Address book contacts to Apple Contacts.
Assuming Yes, then,

Export the contents of the Address Book into a csv or tab delimited text file.

Copy that file to the desktop

Open Contacts and select File > Import

Once done, all your contacts from the Address Book will be in Contacts

For Mail, try this.

In Outlook, drag one of your folders (mailboxes) onto the desktop.
The folder you dragged there should now be called "thefolderIdragged.mbox" (your name will differ)
Now open Mail, choose import and select Files in MBOX format.
Navigate to the desktop and select the MBOX file you created earlier.
Allow the import to continue. Once done, you will find the imported box in the Imported folder in the sidebar of Mail from where you can move it to wherever you like

Not sure on the Calendar updates, but you have enough to start you off
