How to import DVD Vob files to Adobe Premiere?

Hello.

I have a wedding video dvd and i want to change its music, i am trying to import the VOB files in Premiere CS3 but the file does not import.

Can anyone help me?

A few ideas.

Rename the vob to .mpeg or .mpg and try again.

Transcode the .vob to something CS3 supports. I use SUPER (it's free, no watermarks or adware.)

use a DVD ripper and convert the vob to FLA

I think your dvd video vob can not be recognized by Adobe Premiere.You'd better use a DVD ripper and convert the vob File to FLA.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
