HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

Feb 8, 2006 1:08PM PST

If you were sold a worthless camera like myself!
Dispute! Dispute! Dispute!

1. Dispute the charges through your credit card, chances are very good you can obtain a full refund through your credit card company or your bank.

2. Dispute the charges through paypal, paypal has an excellent reputation for standing up to crooked companies such as this one. Excellent chance they will get you your money back.

3. Dispute the charges through E-Bay through a standard purchase claim, they do charge you a fee. I would only use that as a last chance effort.

DO NOT WITHDRAW YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NO MATTER WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS!

DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR STUPID RE-STOCKING FEE!

It may take some time to get your refund, be patient, but one way or another you will get it! TRUST ME!

I too was given this camera as a gift, thinking, wow, 12 mp's! But I have experienced "yellow" lighting no matter where i take pix and cant fix it. Have also found it to be quite sensitive to movement, blurry even when holding VERY still, and, like Ive heard, zoom is pretty worthless. Since I cant take it back, does anyone know how to fix this irritating lighting problem? Also, the manual was written by foreigners trying to speak English--it is worthless also!

This camera is made cheaply. It will never work well. You will have NO success with warranty!
TOTALLY USLESS CAMERA!
IT IS NOT EVEN COMPATABLE WITH WinXP!

What is this camera good for?
1) Taking pictures you don't want.
2) Smashing it, make yourself feel better!

JUNK!!!

What if it is too late to dispute through paypal, and everytime you go through ebay it takes you to paypal and tells you to deal with them? I am very upset with my purchase. I never got a chance to try out my new camera for quite awhile because of a family emergency where i had to go out of town, but when i returned home i tried out the camera and noticed how bad it sucked. I really want to get my money back, do you have any suggestions for me?
