How to get ringtones for the Palm Treo 700p

Help! I am really bad at this kind of thing. I am trying to figure out how to download ringtones (real ones, not the polyphonics) to this phone. I have MP3s that I thought I could use as ringtones, but I have no idea what I am doing. Can any one help me?
