How to get rid of a system monitor etc

Apr 28, 2004 4:26AM PDT

I did the earthlink scan on my work machine and found a "system monitor CDilla(SafeCast)
Adware: Alexa Toolbar, BackWeb, Brilliant Digital(BDE projector), SPY#c21ba, Spy#a5fdf-reasearch in progress, and adware cookies: PasPort.com Cookie, Spy#6ef43-Research in progress

What are these??
How do I get rid of the?
They show up even after running spybolt search and distroy, housecall web version, Norton antiviros, and spybolt. I have setting that ask me when to let a cookie entered.

Most of the scanning programs (like Spybot, Adaware, Norton, CWShredder) have an option to delete the found files (put them in quarantine or whatever it's called). Spybot, for example, is called Spybot Search and Destroy, which already tells it, doesn't it.

Only if the result is below your expectations google around to find instructions for manual removal. It will hardly be necessary.

Hope this helps.
