Any browser has it's own method to change the startup page. But since you didn't tell what browser you use, nobody can give instructions that would work with you.

There are other options, of course, like:
1. You know how to change it, but it's locked.
2. You can change it, but somehow it's changed back automatically if you reboot.

You need to tell more, I'm afraid.

Sorry for my late reply Kees_B!

It is option 1. I know how to change it, but it's locked.

1. I open up google chrome

2. I go to settings

3. I click on Set pages

4. I click on current pages but it won't let me delete

Please help?

Best Regards James

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
