Question

How to get picture in Samsung smart TV from sling tv/Roku

Apr 6, 2017 1:26PM PDT

I have a 55 inch smart samsung HD tv. bought last year. It does not have sling tv app. I got sling tv trial connection for a week. I could not picture from Sling TV(internet connection).
What is the best way to connect Sling & samsung tv? Is it through Roku 3 or 4 or express? Which one is a better buy?

Similarly I need to get picture on Epson projector screen also.

Let me know your suggestions & items I need to buy. Thanks

Did I read you need TWO displays?

You'll need a HDMI Splitter. As to your roku question, I always nod to their latest and greatest. That way we don't replace them for years.

Two displays
Apr 6, 2017 2:32PM PDT

Yes I have two displays. One is samsung smart tv in first floor and another is Epson projector in the 2nd floor.

Do I need to hdmi wire connect from roku to samsung, so I get picture from Sing/Roku?.
How about Sling to roku connection? Is it wired or wireless?

Thx

As to roku to sam.

That has to go to the splitter first as you want the roku output to both devices.

As to the Sling, there are a dozen Sling products. Remember I don't pry much.
